oh god. someone up there help me please.
i am facing a huge dilemma.
okaye, two dilemmas actually. one is a more realistic problem, and the other's kind of, well, frivalous in comparison XD
so yes, back to my dilemmas.

number one, ntu has sent me an email asking me to go down for a scholarships interview.
but i'm ~~a little, rather, pretty, kind of~~ almost sure that i wanna go nus. i am also extremely kiasu and think that its really wasted if i don't go down for it. and the online appraisal ms ouyang wrote would go to waste. so being the disgusting procrastinator i am, i kept putting this off right from the very first day i saw the email. and wow, before i could even realise it, time flew past and today is the freaking deadline for me to indicate my response. and ntu even called me during lunch today to ask me about it. the conversation went sth like this:

me: hello?
ntu: hi, i'm calling from ntu regarding the scholarships interview. your timeslot is actually blablabla. erm, have you checked your email?
me: (panics) erm, no.. i haven't checked my email lately. (smiles guilty-ly to self)
ntu: oh ok, its actually scheduled for you on blablabla. can you make it?
me(in my mind): oh dear. oh no. shit.howhowhow.
me: erm, is it okay if i go and check my email first about the details and i reply you by mail?
ntu: oh sure. please do so by today alright? today's the deadline.
me(in my mind): shitttttttttt ;__;
me: oh sure! thank you very much!
ntu: thanks.
(hangs)

hahahahah i am such a horrible girl. but i'm still considering so i really didn't know how to reply his question! :/ so i thought the best way was to feign ignorance. i ought to get shot, i know XD
i've consulted a few people and they all think i shouldnt go for it since i'm going nus. but i can't prevent myself from being greedy and kiasu! :( and yes, i admit, i'm very auntie. urghhh. okay somehow once i've typed this out and reflected on my actions this dilemma is kind of uncalled for and really kind of stupid. but i'm kind of lazy to go for the interview, and i kind of know that i will not go ntu. but i'm still kiasu.
sigh. but something in me tells me that i will end up not going cos ~~its on a monday morning,which means i have to take leave, plus its in some ulu area~~ i'm very lazy and am reluctant to go prepare for the interview.
(sighs)

okay on to dilemma number two. XD (which everyone will roll their eyes at and not bother reading on)
i feel like shipping in this very wonderful arashi concert dvd (Arashi Around Asia 2008 in Tokyo) because its really really nice to watch. and the concert venue is like at kokuritsu, the national stadium and its the place where tokyo held the tokyo olympics back in 1964. and they're the third group to have performed there after SMAP and dreams come true, both very big names in the music industry. so it's like something huge. its a milestone! plus, all the songs and stage lightings,settings etc were so amazing! the behind the scenes was really interesting too! and how do i know all this? cos i've watched the whole thing online before. (faints)
so having watched it before, i know exactly how fantastic it is. if i ship it in, it wont be anything fresh anymore since i have watched all the contents. but its so fantastic that i wanna own it. it's about S$46 though and i don't know if i will regret buying it. i mean, there's only so many times that u can continue to rewatch a concert dvd, right?
asdfghjkl i dont know if i should buy it or not. (pulls hair)
it'd be nice to watch them on the big tv screen as compared to my tiny computer monitor though.
(sighs again)

why do i even bother to think so much. T__T it's making my head hurt with relatively unnecessary worries and considerations.

i'm back to blog(again!)
mostly cause im really kind of bored and i dont wanna start on a new drama cos i'll sleep at unearthly hours of 2/3am and i wont get enough sleep
and i'll be like a zombie the next morning
so to pass time, i'll blog
hahahaha

i think i shall talk about my job (:
time really flies past damn fast and i hardly feel it
its been about five months since i started working in BCA hahah
it hasn't been particularly exciting
well, the admin work itself is absolutely boring. i mean i have to check and key figures over and over every single day
but i'm glad i got the opportunity to work there
for one, i feel kind of useful. like i have my own responsibilities, i take charge of the work i do and am able to answer directly to my superiors when they question me about anything under my charge
which makes the job kind of satisfying in its own sense i guess
and when i find discrepancies in the data and stuff i feel a tiny bit of satisfaction that i have helped to prevent some company from being billed wrongly and stuff like that.
so if i look back i haven't exactly been sitting in my cubicle, doing nothing but growing fat(ter) but i'm kind of helpful. at least a little.

self-affirmation aside, my superiors and colleagues are really quite nice to me
the younger ones give me advice about university stuff
and the older ones(aka aunties) teach me about office politics(eurgh), what to look out for when director is coming, who are the nosey parkers and busbodies in the office whom i should look and for and stuff XD
and the uncles.. dont care much about me but still treat me nicely. hahaha one of them even offered me his umbrella when i was walking back from amoy to office cause it was raining. and i was quite shocked cos he's normally quite fierce.
plus there's this really cute old uncle! (whom only jasmine and karen will know who i'm talking about XD)
and they generally close one eye, or even both eyes when i come into office late/come back from lunch late/surf the net during work/use the photocopier and printer for my own purposes.
hahahah i sound like a horrible staff to hire XD
and we always have department birthday celebrations & lunches
my fellow temp who sits next to me also helps the day to get past faster cause we can talk and laugh about stupid things we've encountered.

so basically, while my pay there is not fantastic ;__;
it is overall a rather interesting and worthwhile experience i guess
plus i got lucky(once again) cos i got posted to one of the more amiable and friendly departments so at least i dont get scolded or snubbed at or anything
i have about another one month and a half to go at BCA.
who knows, maybe at the end of it i might actually feel a little reluctant and upset to leave ;)

i am having a horrible headache.

its the same kind tht i had in j2 when i felt like my brain was contracting and my skull was squeeeezing my brain in so hard
omg help help.
i think it has to do with the weather recently.
i need some herbal tea. and i'll get some at amoy tmr. i'll get the most bitter tea they have.
omggg headache please disappear.

oh a not so painful note, i got my very first external hard disk!
its 320gb! : DDD
which is 10 times my antique computer's memory space
and its the portable kind so it's smaller than my palm and i carry it to office to load my videos into my mp5 thingy which can play videos :D
i am now a certified fangirl :D
i am downloading something everyday hohoho
... which might be a bad thing cos i spend my time on the train watching arashi videos
which are so freaking stupid and hilarious i cant help but laugh while watching
and even though i make it as discreet as possible,
well, its still not very discreet.
so please, if you see me on the train holding a small rectangular thing with my earphones on and grinning away at my small mp5, please do not be alarmed.
i'm not crazy(yet) but arashi is really too amusing <3

and another piece of extremely shocking news is that.
i got into nus law school.
never ever ever imagined that i would ever get in.
i mean, i'm like not very intellectual, am doing something unproductive most of the time, speaks chinese 80% of the time(the singaporean way, not the china way) and probably 47962956023470274 other things that will crush ur image of a typical law student.
but gah, i'll treasure this chance really well.
i admit i'm really lucky most of the time(and luckier than i deserve really) and i thank all the gods up there for looking over me everytime
i'll study hard! i really will!
i'll limit my youtube-surfing and drama watching
and spend more time studying haha
cant imagine myself as a law student, but well, we'll take things a step at a time i guess :)

haven met up with 69 ppl since a level results day lah omg hahaha

i dont knw what im doing with my life seriously.
everyday is so robotic for me urgh
when i look back at the week each sunday, i feel like i've done nth but data entry

i cant believe i just watched a japanese news clip about japan's fall in gdp in the fourth quarter last yr by 12.7%
it even explains japan's main components of gdp and how exports have fell by a lot and thus they have to rely on global consumption of japanese products to aid gdp recovery.
heh i feel so proud of myself :D

shit factor #1: A lvls results are coming out tmrrrr. how shitty is that. very very shitty.

shit factor #2: i dont knw wht i wanna do anymore. after i kinda eliminated my options, i thought that i would go with accountancy. but it seems like ~~the whole world~~ the adults dont think its a good choice. rah. can u imagine my aunt called all the way from malaysia just to check if my results were out?! and my dad had this long happy chat with her and "oh, so what would u recommend qiuyu to go into?" and "ya, i think law is still the best too". like, T_T?! i think part of the reasons i dont wanna do law is cos im totally being rebellious and i dont want to do what my father has wanted me to do since i was how young -.- sounds unbelievably childish but yes x.x and PLUS its highly unlikely i'll get into law anw -_- ARGHH i wish he'd stop having dreams for me when i dun even have any for myself djnknwoifeflm

hahaha my blog has been rotting for god knows how long
and aiba's car has been on the first entry for damn long also
i hvn really got time to update since work takes up all of my day
and on mon wed and thurs nights i have tuition
and i considerably dont have much free time now
and even if i do have any free time, i have to catch up on reading my flist on lj tht updates itself with damn a lot of posts each day xD
plus i have doramas to catch :D

so yes but ive finally found time to blog!
in my office!
i' m free on most days
but today im exceptionally free
cos almost the whole dept is not in office as they have sth to deal with
so ive pretty much finished my work until they come back
or until new fax comes in (its only 930am btw xD)

so yes
onto my life(or whtevr is left of it) for the past many days ive not been blogging
there were so many things happening actually i kind of regret not updating them one by one so i can read it back a few months/years later and relieve myself of the youthful days xD

so there was the TAIWAN TRIP with 69! :D
which was super duper fun :D
im not really gna give an account of it la since photos are up on facebook and mel/sharon have blogged abt it alr xD
but yes.
i think it was amazing how we were able to wake up at 7 plus am every morning haha
and eat the not-so-sumptuos breakfast buffet provided by rainbow hotel
hahahaha i think its really easy to travel around taipei cos the trains are so efficient and so convenient!
and the ppl there, like japan were really really considerate on public transport
like when they take the escalator, they all really keep to the right (instead of left haha). and in the train they're relatively quiet. hahaha i think we made the most noise (as usual)
ahh i miss the times in taiwan ):
where we drank bubble tea(all sorts of variations: hot,cold, small pearl, large pearl, fresh milk etc) everyday
and ate from night markets everyday
and shopped like crazy everyday (seriously hahaha)
and the stupid attack by the guys on us girls in unmac's and ry's hotel room on weeyong's bday HAHA
and the theme park where i didnt sit like 60% of the rides but HAHA we shant talk abt it xD
hahah so in a nutshell, taiwan with the 69 peeps was amazing to the max <3
yay! we should go overseas or smth again (:

but i cant really rmb anything significant abt this year cos a bit too rushed from tw trip
i didnt even buy new clothes la hahaha
so yea

and aft cny was bong's birthdayyy! :D
her super unplanned birthday bash haha
but it was fun meeting up with qing shinq lix joo jean mich bong jiayi carolanne danfong clara etc etc at her party haha
and i helped to start the fire! (im qt good really xD)
but yes, had a really nice time catching up with all the ppl whom i hvn met up with for 3479243years (maybe except qing and shinq and carolanne) hahaha
and she even had a theme zomg -floral
hahhaa and i only had one piece of super red floral dress hahaha
so bright ._.
hahaha but yay her bday party was funn (:

and a few days aft bong's bday was skippy's bday!
and we went to lix's house for a jacuzzi party hahahaha
where we were supp to sit in her jacuzzi and sip on mocktail xDDD
sounds super bimbotic haha
but it was damn fun too :]
like just talking in the jacuzzi and experimenting with all the different jets
and there were 2 specially powerful jets tht nobody really wanted to go into haha
in the end our drinks left relatively untouched la hahaha
but hahah it was funn (:
the cupcakes tht lix's mum baked for skippy were super pretty too!!
its like mostly pink and pruplish and very very very exquisite kind haha
qt she bu de to eat them up but we still did anw and it was damn nice!

haha aft tht it was back to normal
with routine daily work and tuition
and a date with qingaidee (FINALLY) on vday :]
we should go out more often laaa qinagaidee stop getting isolated in ur little buona vista corner of singapore

i have found a job!

so after one month of job seeking we are officially employed ppl

just came back from bugis whr qingaide and me shopped for office wear but only I bought office wear cos she spent close to a hundred on not-so-office-wear-clothes xDD

so its finally 09! (:
i spent my last few moments of 08 at qing's church
which was qt fun (thanks for inviting me!)
saw lots of random st nicks ppl and even a yellow badge junior from guides whom i didnt really talk to in guides but yet acted as if i knew very well her for 10 years alr when i saw her at church
qing attributes it to the church atmosphere
hahah
i went home aft tht to celebrate countdown with family as well as not let my two poor folks at home celebrate it with wen wen only
my mummy was complaining how lonely she was at home since my the other bro was not at home either xDDD
and besides going home meant i was able to watch johnny's countdown on keyhole tv
but i missed it anw, reached home too late (WHY JAPAN ONE HR FASTER THN USSS)
but thn again, i doubt i would be able to catch it even if i were on time since a few thousand ppl were logged on to keyhole too in hopes of catching the johnny's countdown
the server would probably just keep logging me out xD
and it would be lag like shit
ah wells, i downloaded the high quality uploads of the countdwn anw :D

god i just came back from pekan gurney,sitiawan,perak,malaysia, aka my granny's hse
which is about one of the most boring places of earth
there is seriously nth to do there
and no internet access at all
untill the last day when i went to visit my aunt and my bro kinda connected the internet cables to his laptop
i seriously do nth but eat and sleep there cos its so boringggg
gosh.
lucky i brought my soft copy version of twilight, new moon and eclipse there
tht helped me kill boredom when my bro lent me the laptop
and i realise its nicer thn i would expect it to be la
its a little weak lah the plot
but the sweet scenes btw edward and bella are soooo sweeetttt there will be this invisble hand tht grabs my heart and squeeze it so hard
but new moon was horrible
at least the first part was
finally understood wht qingaidee meant by reading bella being in so much agony made me sad as well
yes i was so sad to read abt her being so sad!
so irritating
i read until i cried la.
urgh. and i think the reason for edward leaving w/o reason was qt stupid cos it caused her so much unnecessary pain and agony

but also, the land of NEWS, Arashi and JE!
hahaha and as a lot of people already know
I SAW NINOMIYA KAZUNARI IN JAPAN!!!
but i was so excited and nervous and rooted to the ground i didnt dare to take any photos.
plus they were filming something and aiba was in some robotish costume
probably one of the weird and adorkable segments in himitsu no arashi chan i think
haiz i feel such a failure as a fangirl
i wish i could have stormed up, gave him a huge hug, take a photo with him, ask him to sign it and run off to the bus
hahahaha but no.
i wont ever have the courage to do tht hahaha.
ok shall blog about the trip day by day:

day one
haha took the 8am flight from sg on Japan Airlines
reached there around 4 plus pm japan time
the sun was already setting at tht time.
checked into some hotel in narita then went off to Aeon Narita for shopping!
had delicious udon for dinner! (actually almost everything i ate there was delicious lah xD)
then also bought a boat of takoyaki!
very very nice :D
nicer thn singapore definitely hahah

looks like the one i whole day see in gokusen!! xD
and when we were walking around, i saw NEWS commercial for their precious rose products!

waahaha i love tht photoshoot la
they all look so good there and pi's hair is still nice and straight.
hahahha
day one was pretty much just shopping around in narita lah.
then went back hotel to watch teevee and sleeep (:

day two
tokyo disneyland dayyyyy!
zomg zomg cos we went on a sunday and the following monday was a holiday
it was freaking imba crowded
we had to wait at least 25 mins for the rides la
more popular rides took like 75 mins
siao siao
and like 90 plus percent were locals
hahahah
they really all look very good :D
the guys are stylish, the girls are preeety and the kids are sooo cute!!
and they all like wear the cute disney caps and hairbands around the park. haha
and disneyland is really really pretty
even the monorail (that links disneyland and disneysea) is so cute!!

they were celebrating their 25th anniversary this year!

i was impressed at how orderly the baby prams are lined up!! xDD
cos prams cnt be brought into the rides, so must leave outside
haha

okok some random pic spam at disneyland

then after disneyland, we went to some sunshine city prince hotel in ikebukuro
had dinner, then shopped about ikebukuro.
i was looking about for ikebukuro west park (yamapi's drama title and location) hahaha
i only could find ikebukuro east T_T
shopped around, bought my NEWS color album!
and two magazines :DDDDDD
one had arashi on the cover looking perrfecttt :D

day three
went to shinjuku in the morning
which was supposedly the red light district in tokyo
hahaha
saw a lot of host clubs and night clubs xD
immediately thought of all the host clubs tht appeared in dramas
hahahah
the host clubs had like the faces of the hosts outside of the clubs for all to see la
for the women to choose which clubs had best looking hosts bah
haha
photos of vibrant shinjuku!

then after tht we went to the asakusa temple!
i went to buy myself a fu3 like sirui's!
thn there was this nakamise avenue near the temple with many many different shops
selling all sorts of food and souveniers
very nice!

after tht we had some japanese lunch!

looks yummy right! haha was quite nice (:
then after tht went to take some boat to go to odaiba park
saw the magnificent rainbow bridge, many seagulls and the japan's statue of liberty there!

also saw the iconic building of the fuji tv headquarters!

then after tht went to some hotel at the botoom of mount fuji tht had an onsen!
changed into yukatas for the traditional japanese dinner! :D
i loved tht hotel lah!
so traditional and japanese-sy
the hotel room also!
thn we slept on tatamis at night!
very cute :D

oh and wenwen tried to zi4 pai1. so cute lah xD

day four
we went up to mount fuji!! :D
but due to weather conditions, we only went up a little.
but still, managed to see the beautiful snow capped mount fuji :D

then we went to some peace park near mount fuji.
it was in THIS FATEFUL PARK WHERE I SAW NINO AND AIBA.
i was just going around innocently picking up beautiful maple leaves for sirui and taking photos of the park.

then i trailed off to this smaller and more secluded region
then i saw this crowd of ppl
and this person with a towel on his head who looked strangely like aiba from afar
so i moved closer, praying tht next to him got somemore arashi members (i wasnt even thinking of nino, i was just glad to see another arashi member)
BUT NOOOO SOMEONE UP THERE LOVES ME SO MUCH
NEXT TO AIBA WAS MY LOVELY AND KAWAII NINOOOOOO
i was like zomg zomg zomg ITS NINO!!!!
i was so exicted and nervous and speechless
and i refused to leave the place
and stood about 10-20m away from nino, smiling like an idiot
hahahahah
and i swear our eyes met for a split second!!!!
hahahahaha
then after some time, after i regained some consciousness, i asked my brother to take a photo of ninooo
but he only managaed to take a photo of aiba in the roboty thing
nino disappeared from the photo T_T

haha after tht a very jittery me went for lunch at this very beautiful place with a very great view of the buildings below!
the restaurant building was like some windmill thingy

i couldnt really eat much lah. was thinking more about my beautiful encounter with nino the whole while
hahahahahahah (:
then we took the bus to hakone and visited this active volcano and went to visit the owakudani boiling valley
where there was like smoke emitting from the ground and this boiling lake
hahaha and there was a lot of super pungent hydrogen sulphie
and mdm ching was right, it really does smell like rotten eggs.
haha thn we also ate the eggs tht were cooked in the lake or sth i think
until it became blackk
and one egg is supp to extend ur life by 7 years .___.

then there was this souvenier shop at the bottom!
and i took photo with the hello kitty outside haha

there's like hello kitty everywhere in japan lah!
and they come in all forms
one region has its own specialised hello kitty
for eg this mountain famous for the black eggs, so they have hello kitty in the black egg form, or holding the black egg etc
and osaka is famous for the takoyaki, so they hello kitty cooking takoyaki sold there
SO CUTEEE :D
i wanted to get one.
but super ex, like S$8-9 for one handphone strap

oh after tht was qt exciting
we went to tk the shinkansen! (bullet train)
its really super super fast
cos we were waiting at the train stn, and some trains didnt stop at this stn, so they zoomed past us
wah piangs i think if someone really light stands there can fly off lah.
its freaking fast and scary
hahahah
can feel a force exerted on you kind.
hahah

but once ur inside the train, its really comfy and quiet
and you dun feel how fast its moving
cos like how dear physics has taught us, we are moving as fast as the train, so we dont experience the acceleration ahahahha

we took the train to this place called toyohashi
after eating dinner, we went to this department store called ito-yokado
shopped ard for a while
their shopping all close very early one lah!
like average 830 or 900pm close alr
haha so went back hotel to watch tv and sleep :D

day five
went to see some kimono show in the morning

very pretty!! haha stayed for a while only la then moved off to take this train thingy at ARASHIyama
hahahaha we went to a place whose name had the word arashi in it xDDD
anw the mountain was really beautiful
like lakes and maple leaves
and the train was really cute too
when it went thru the tunnels
it was all pitch balck except for the filament bulbs lighting up the carriages
had a very harry potter feel.

oh qingaidee! look! your old and forgotten love xDDDD

then we had very delicious tempura and soba lunchh before moving off to another temple called the kiyomizu temple

i wanna write on such a wooden wishing plague too!

the temple is quite cool cos its built fully on wooden beams
like no steel nails or hinges or anything
haha
and there was this really cute and traditional tea house on the way out

oh i got another fu3 for myself from this temple too
this time its for happiness (: (thinks of the arashi song)
hahahaha
and i got one for sirui too!
cos the temple's kanji is 清水
which can also be read as shimizu
who is her long distance love from waseda xDDDDD
then at night we went to osaka!!
the land where my dear ryo-chan is born!
my sexy osaka man xDDD
went to this shopping district called Shinsaibashi to shop

hahah its really really crowded
and longgg
lots of stuff to shop!
and the zara there is like 4 stories hahah
and i helped my brother buy his converse shoes while speaking to shop person fully in jap!!!
i think i am so imba :D
but it was just simple conversation lah. but still i felt satisfied. :D
oh i ate a chocobanana crepe here too! very very nice (:
and i saw a au by KDDI shop.
which is a brand of mobile phone operator tht arashi endorses!
and there were 5 blocks stacked up on top of each other outside the shop
one of each had a face of each arashi member
so i took a photo of the nino one!

after tht we had oishii shabu shabu for dinner!
and we went to our hotel
which was in universal city!
so we stayed in some universal studios themed hotel!
its damn damn cute
there was woody woodpecker everywhere!

and the lift was so cute!
instead of the normal digital thing tht tells u wht floor you are at, they have this clock thingy!
we stay on the eleventh floor (:

day six
on this day, there was a choice between going to kobe and going to universal studios
we chose to go kobe cause we figured wen wen cant really sit much of the rides also
but we still went to universal studios outside there to take some photos!

i bet jasmine would love those elmo earmuffs!

then aft tht we left for kobe~
went to see the world's longest suspension bridge!
it links honshu with shikoku
we went up to the observatory there
which was about 47m above the sea
then there was this section whereby you are stepping on glass
so you could see the see below you
qt scary hahaha
my legs were like jelly
i just hurried across and didnt really dare look down hahaha

after tht was lunch followed by moree shopping!
lunch was tonkatsu! very nice too (:
its like fried pork cutlet with rice and salad
we also visited the chinatown in kobe
which was selling you tiao for 200 yen each

after tht went back to the universal studios hotel!(:
walked along the universal citywalk for yet some more shopping ahahha

(points above) its yet another crepe shop! :D
oh went back to the hotel
and watched himitsu no arashi chan on teeveee
and was very happy about it :D
but i was qt reluctant to go sleep ):
cos its my last night in japan alr.

day 7
last morning in japannnn x.x
went osaka castle to walk walk and take photos.
a lot of students were there too!
school excursions haha

thn we left for kansai airport ):
the whole airport is like built on reclaimed landd
qt cool lah the whole land only got airport

and the courteous service staff (SO MUCH better thn sg)
and the cool autumn weather
and the chance to sprout a little japanese whenever possible (haha)

and the power of youtube and related videos was shown!
haha and i got linked (miraculously) to a video posted by sec 4 hope 06
and they were celebrating teachers' day
and they were singing a few songs to mrs tian (who got scammed to their classroom)
gosh it was so nostalgic and touching!
and the school bell played in the background
all memories of st nicks came flooding back to me seriously
all the crazy times, stressed times, fun times, tissue times(HAHA), messy times, singing times, screaming times, squealing times, hugging times, decorating the classroom times, praying times, tau-huey shop bitching times etc etc etc
st nicks was really a wonderful environment to grow up in, like seriously <3
and grad day reminded me of how st nicks had no grad day, and how we refused to leave school on the last day of school
like the uncle came to lock the door
but we just sat outside the classroom and chatted and chatted
and took random videos
and went to macs to eat dinner aft tht
i think the last day of school was really memorable
ppl were all like tearing and going round the classrooms to take photos with everyone else
gosh i'll never ever forget tht
there's so much i miss about sn
i even miss going down to the track every morning for assembly
and mass jogs with britney spears' toxic playing over the PA system (LOL)
and the specs stand
and the canteen
and the bridge linking the staff room to the family lounge (lingyan and her weighing machine LOL)

ahaha it seems like i'm dwn with fever aft all
i've been thinking tht it was just heatiness for the past 4 days
like with serious headaches and giddy spells and fainting spells and sometimes chilly sometimes very hot spells.
haha but when i found a thermometer in my bro's room and decided to measure myself,
it was a freaking 38.7 deg celsius!
i was like ZOMG i'm gna die my brain is overheating i'm meltinggggg
and i immediately popped down some panadol
oh damn i cnt even hold my cup properly
~~some~~ a lot of water just spilled on my maths ws T_T
oh wells at least now tht i confirmed its fever i have no qualms about popping panadol
which means yay i'm saved
cos panadol always makes me feel better
and this one i take actually has caffeine in it!
so like i feel happier and high.

altho it was 6 months later. but at least he only had to redo one more sem
not to say tht this extra sem was full of code blue filming plus recording of happy birthday~

i must try to convince myself tht i earnestly seriously love all the subjects that i am taking

just completed watching Mawang, also known as Lucifer or The Devil(picture from d-addicts)

finished it in 2 days :D
woohoo quite a cool show actually
reminded me of million stars falling from the sky
in the sense tht both the leads (joo ji hoon and kimura takuya) manipulated others to kill for them so that they can achieve their ultimate goal of revenge.
very very smart.
hahaha. but mawang was a bit draggy la cos it went on for 20 episodes
and the romance part was nicer. it was a teensy weensy bit only but it was cute :D
million stars had sick romance, like incest but it was very sadly pretty in its own way.
i really loved how the fact tht the one and only girl he ever wanted to love and protect in his life was his sister, even if he didnt realise tht the girl many years later was his sister too.
mawang was a bit more random la.
like one fine day she decided to hold his hand and ok we're a couple now.
hahaha but they did show a flashback of how they were acquainted in the past
and i'm a total sucker for dramas that show how long lost childhood lovers find each other in the end anyway xD
but yes, i'm glad i finally completed mawang!
very intriguing drama la on the whole
showed the diff sides of Man
and the acting by the cast was great
very convincing and not fake at all
at least i didnt have to cringe at their acting at all, not even at awkward moments in the drama.

and other natural disasters

AHHHH
lauqiuyu has been such a hugeee slacker these 2 days!
for the whole of wed she did NO hmwk
which is wht she did not plan for at all! :O
she slept like 1/2 the day away
thn watched tv and youtube and cruchyroll and downloaded songs for 1/4 of the day
and thn re read harry potter for the remaining 1/4
but she must confess, HARRY POTTER OWNS!~
yayyy she read harry potter until like 2 am at night

and TODAY
she woke up , slack slack slack, go swimming with wen wen
and came back, and went out to have buffet brunch with her family and traders hotel!!!
omg the buffet was damn nice!!!
there was this 3-tier chocolate fountain tht had bitter choc!!! :D
and the dessert all so exquisite!
and there was like lots of good food!
thn her whole family went tanglin mall to shop
and then they went to guan yin miao to bai bai
and then they went home
and she came online
and watched vampire knight chap 4, itazura na kiss chap 5, zettai kareshi ep 3
and rewatched A LOT of iswak and tka episodes
and thn she planned a little of econs essay
and now she's watching the summer time pv for the 101th time!
but WAHHAHAHA its such a wonderful pv swoooning with member ai <3

and now she's going to watch more NEWS videos!
she's feeling damn guilty
but the internet is so wonderful!
ah anw tmr's FRIDAY!

GAHHH i just watched finish the last ep of they kiss again
i cant believe the whole series ended alr ):
I (like many other fans around the world) still want to see more more and much much more of xq and zs!
the whole show is like oozing with happiness and it's really a very very heartwarming drama (:
they kiss again may not have a climax like other dramas but it makes u feel a warm tingle in ur heart
and make me hug my pillow so tight whenever i watch it
i think i might sound totally insane talking about a show as if it were some groundbreaking event in my life
but i think iswak/tka really brought me throughout the whole of xq and zs's life
and I(like many others fans) have all seen how much their relationship has progressed and how many zs has evolved from a boy into a man
and how he learns to be true with his feelings
i think the last episode really closes everything
and really brought out wht the director wanted to convey in the first place
zhishu was zomg so sweet and caring in the last ep
the happiness u get from watching the show can make u cry!
i'm serious.
hahah it's like you watch and you feel so happy for them
and u start tearing
zomg i think i sound damn stupid
but to fangirls like me rooting for zs/xq, i'm guessing they'll pretty much feel the same way
at the end of the show, they replayed every single kiss they had in both iswak and tka
and i just feel like, wow, they've really come a long long looong way.
i'm so glad i ever watched this show
i'm hoping they'll make a iswak 3 but they probably wont cos it's not practical anymore
but evn tho its not real, zs and xq still lives in my (and many other fans') hearts (:
i cant believe i actually typed such a long post abt iswak/tka
but i really really cnt bear to see it end.
knowing there'll be nth more to look forward to on sundays aft physics tuition
and that i'll not be visiting liuyun's tudou page for the quickest uploads of tka anymore
and for the whole week i wont look forward to sunday anymore
i think i'll feel qt empty

i think i couldnt have watched tka so successfully if not for liuyun and pansixianxian on tudou
they uploaded the show so fast every sunday night
and make it possible for me to watch it on sunday night itself
and of cos, winnie the director for filming it so perfectly and realistically
joe and ariel! for being the best zs and xq there can be (:
and of cos, manga artist tada kaoru, for drawing such a wonderful manga swooning with happiness :D
its a great pity you were not able to complete itazura na kiss

on top of my all time favourite yamapi of course.. xDDD
haha i think its because of the drama 世界の中心で、愛をさけぶ/Sekai no Chuushin de, Ai wo Sakebu/Crying out Love, in the Centre of the World
i think somehow or rather ppl will have gotten in touch with the plot bah
cos it was from a book, tht got made into a film in 2003 (which i vaguely rmb watching in devina's hse b4)
then they made it into a drama flick in 2004 starring yamada takayuki and ayase haruka
and then there was also a korean remake My Girl and I(which i watched b4 too)
then i think still got musical adaptation.
and the drama serial itself won many awards
so i decided to watch it, knowing fully well it would be sad, since i watched both the jap and k movie adaptation of the same story xDDDD
but in my opinion i think My Girl and I was probably the worst adaptation bah x.x
i hvn watched the musical so i dunno abt tht but out of the 3 tht i have this is wht i feel lah..
just.. not so nice.
i think the cinematography not so good too and the characters not developed as well

but yes, back to the drama
lol, as you all might already have expected, i cried my eyeballs out.
and like some bloody tap.
but the parts when they were tgt were very sweet (:
and i think yamada is really a very good actor.
i think its really qt hard to act this type of show out.
i guess the guy who played the older version of him was not bad too.
but yamada still pwns (:
i'm just so moved by his acting!
and how his character is such a simple minded guy and the smallest details can satisfy him.
and every time he cries, BAM, my tap opens.
gosh. damn sad.
but its definitely worth watching
the ending eps were SO sad i couldnt even bear watching
i just like scanned through but even looking at the subs and the images i'm crying T___T
but overall, its really a great drama.
the storyline itself is great, the acting is great, the plot and character development is wonderful, the directing is also brilliant...
ahhhhh an excellent drama overall :DDDDD
i highly recommend all of you to watch!! it also makes u think abt life, living it properly, kinship, friendships, relationships etc
but of course, prepare tissue.
and prepare to have ur eyes ache for the next day (if you complete it in one single day, like me xDD)

then after this drama of his i started searching for other of his works
and i just completed H2 Kimi to Itahibi today
actually i saw this drama on crunchyroll a long time ago
but i never felt like watching it, probably cos the word H2 there makes me nauseous and reminds me of school x.x
but yes, its a more light hearted drama and is really funny at some points!
just what i needed after such a saddening drama.
its about baseball so the scenes with baseball are really cool (:
hahah its a nice drama, but i probably wouldnt have watched it if not for yamada
but some scenes really make me melt (:

and now i'm considering whether to watch Byakuyakou a not

but its really damn dark.

and i've been watching really twisted shows recently.
first was first love, a jap movie set in the 60s about a group of rebellious teens trying to bring down authority
and got involved in robbing of 300 million yen.
it was qt cool i guess, certain parts.
the robbery and stuff, since it was a real incident and the money has never been found to date x.x
but almost everyone died a sad death
so yea, pretty dark towards the end.

and from the creator of the blog's blog, i found this show called taiyou no kisetsu (seasons of the sun)
and she said it was kinda similar to tatta hitotsu no koi
which is, btw, in my opinion, one of the sweetest shows
hahaha
and she said taiyou was much much better
and oh. my. goodness.
how twisted.
reminds me a little of a million stars falling from the sky
though it was nice to see takki soften up for the girl (:
but still, tatta is so much better (:
i loved it for its simplicity
and how it can make me cry because of pure happiness
and how its like a pure sweet love (:
kind of like koizora
just tht tatta has a happy ending (:
the rhythm of the show may be a bit slow at times, but i think it's good in the sense tht it lets us.. i dunno, absorb the simple happiness?

this week was one busy week :D
started with class chalet, which was fun!
haha apart from the fact tht its probably the chalet tht i slept the most
